Terms of Service

By accessing or using Simpledot, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Simpledot queries multiple AI models on your behalf and returns a single best answer selected by our judge system. The quality of answers depends in part on third-party AI providers and is offered without warranty of accuracy.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and capable of forming a binding contract to use Simpledot. By using the service you represent that you meet these requirements and that all registration information you provide is accurate.

Answers are generated by artificial-intelligence systems and may be incomplete, out of date, or incorrect. Simpledot does not provide legal, medical, financial, tax, or other professional advice, and outputs must not be relied upon as such. You are solely responsible for independently verifying any information before acting on it.

You assume all risk arising from your use of, or reliance on, any output produced through the service.

You agree not to use Simpledot for any unlawful purpose, to generate harmful, deceptive, infringing, or abusive content, to violate the rights of others, to attempt to disrupt, overload, probe, or reverse-engineer the service, or to circumvent usage limits, security controls, or access restrictions.

You are responsible for the prompts you submit and the use you make of outputs, and for ensuring both comply with applicable law and any third-party AI provider policies.

We may investigate, remove content, and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, and may disclose information where required by law or a valid legal request.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through our payment processors. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes (including GST) unless stated otherwise, and you authorise us and our processors to charge your chosen payment method for the plan you select.

All subscription purchases are final. Once a subscription is purchased it is non-cancellable and non-refundable: the fees you pay are not returned in whole or in part, purchases cannot be reversed or exchanged, and partial or unused periods are not pro-rated or credited. You may choose to turn off auto-renewal to prevent future charges, but this does not entitle you to a refund of any amount already paid. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, this no-cancellation, no-refund policy applies regardless of the reason, including non-use of the service, dissatisfaction, or account suspension for breach of these terms. Nothing in this clause limits any non-waivable rights you may have under mandatory consumer-protection law.

We may change plan pricing or features on reasonable notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle.

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the service, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for not submitting sensitive personal, confidential, or regulated data that you are not authorised to share with AI providers.

Simpledot, including its software, design, branding, and content we create, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service in line with these terms.

You retain ownership of the prompts you submit and, as between you and us, the outputs generated for you, subject to the rights and restrictions of the underlying AI providers.

Simpledot relies on third-party AI providers and infrastructure. Your use of the service is also subject to those providers' terms, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.

Simpledot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold Simpledot harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the service or your violation of these terms or applicable law.

You may stop using Simpledot at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or use the service in a way that could harm us or other users. On termination, the rights granted to you under these terms end.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that the courts located in India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the service.

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and other referenced policies, form the entire agreement between you and Simpledot.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes, and continued use of Simpledot after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
