Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy sets out the standards that apply to everyone who uses Simpledot. It exists to keep the platform safe, lawful, and reliable for all users. It forms part of, and should be read alongside, our Terms of Service.

You may not use Simpledot to create, upload, or distribute content that is illegal, that infringes the intellectual property or privacy rights of others, or that is defamatory, harassing, hateful, or sexually exploitative.

You may not use the service to generate content that promotes violence, self-harm, or unlawful activity, or that exploits or endangers minors.

You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, other accounts, or our systems, or interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform.

You may not reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, resell, or misrepresent the service, or circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or security controls.

You may not use Simpledot to develop a competing product by systematically extracting model outputs.

AI outputs can be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them, and you must not present AI-generated content as human-authored where doing so is deceptive or unlawful.

You must not use the service to make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on individuals without appropriate human oversight.

We may investigate suspected violations and may remove content, throttle usage, or suspend or terminate accounts that breach this policy. Serious or repeated violations may be reported to the relevant authorities.

If you believe someone is misusing Simpledot, please report it to us so we can take appropriate action.
