We also collect basic usage data — such as which task types you use and how often — to operate and improve the service.

Your prompts are sent to the AI models we integrate with in order to generate responses. We use your account information to provide the service, process billing, and communicate with you.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

To generate answers, Simpledot forwards your requests to leading AI providers including OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google. Your use of Simpledot is also subject to how these providers handle data on their platforms.

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Response history is stored so you can revisit past answers, and you can delete it at any time from your account.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how the product is used. You can read more in our Cookie Policy and control cookies through your browser settings.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work hard to protect your information.

Simpledot is operated from India, and the AI providers and infrastructure we rely on may process data in other countries. Where personal data is transferred across borders, we take steps to ensure it remains protected in line with applicable law and appropriate safeguards.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. This includes rights under the EU/UK GDPR and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) where they apply to you.

We do not sell your personal information. To exercise any of these rights, contact us and we will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.

Simpledot is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you.
